Roulette and Bingo Hybrid Revealed at ICE 24.03.2013

Roulette News

A new casino game which is a combination of roulette and bingo was showcased at the ICE Totally Gaming Convention earlier this year in the UK. The game was designed by Jimmy Thomas and Simon Thomas, a father-and-son duo. They teamed up with Spanish expert Marcos Marugan to make the idea into a reality. After creating quite a flurry at the event, it now looks as if the game might be released to players all over the country. 20 game machines have already been built in Spain by manufacturer R Franco and then shipped to a range of different British casinos for first trials.

How does the game work? It uses the bingo cage to electronically pick a number completely randomly, and the number is then dropped onto a roulette table. The live ball selection mechanism is mounted at the top. In essence it's like a game of roulette, except for the fact that the bingo cage picks the numbers instead of a roulette wheel. One of the major advantages with this game is that it does not affect the amount of slots permitted in a UK casino.

The ICE Totally Gaming convention is a great place for entrepreneurs to get started as it is attended by some of the most important people and names in the industry. The convention is not only used for showcasing developments within the business, but it is also used by business partners to do business with one another. So taking that into account, and also taking into account how popular the game proved to be at the convention, it will be shocking if the game won't be in a casino near you soon.
